Royal Forest Colony Club is a deed-restricted community of over 1200 lots located in Conroe, Texas. The neighborhood features wooded lots and a variety of different home styles. A beautiful 29-acre lake is available to property owners for swimming, fishing, and non-motorized boating such as kayaking. 

Other amenities include a playground, a basketball court, a lakeside pavilion with picnic tables, fishing piers, and benches at the shore of the lake.

Annual maintenance assessments and community club membership fees are collected each year to help maintain these community amenities.

A property owner’s association is established to help the community by protecting common property, members, and overall property value. All property owners are automatically a member, since membership is mandatory and automatic for all property owners in the subdivision. Members are able to volunteer and serve on the Board of Directors.

Governing Documents filed in the County Property Records bind the property owner and the association to each other through mandated actions. Mandatory assessments are charged each year in order to operate and maintain the community association and common property.
